Great question! Senior-level Creatives like the team we’ve brought together can cost around $80-100K per year, not including benefits and the resources they need to do their job well. Not only that, they’re one person, usually assigned to dozens of projects—creative burnout is real.

Absolutely not! We love seeing creative-idea output increase when we’re brought on. Our goal is to give you more space to be creative– to innovate. Add designs to the queue, and we’ll tackle them one by one.

OSS will get you set up in our project management system during the onboarding process. You will use this to submit or edit requests, and communicate with your project manager. If you have any questions about the project management system, we are always here to help via emailing info@osscreativehub.com

We revise! We’ll fine-tune and tweak your project until it’s exactly how you envisioned it.

Most requests take around 2-5 days to complete. If we anticipate the request will take longer due to complexity, we will notify you. 

Graphic design projects usually take 2-3 business days to complete, and video projects can take up to 7 business days depending on the complexity and scope. We will keep you updated on the status of your request, and you are always welcome to reach out with questions should you have them.

Yes! We understand some deadlines are out of your control, so we do offer rush asset delivery (excluding video projects) for an additional fee of $500 per project. However, we would strongly suggest against it if at all possible. Rush deliveries typically have shorter revisions and fewer eyes on the project. We want to ensure each project receives the same amount of attention and quality to fit your brand seamlessly!

We are available any time during standard business hours. If we receive an email outside business hours, we promptly respond the following day (or Monday morning if during the weekend). We value work-life balance, so our team is unavailable on weekends to spend time with family & friends. This enables us to return recharged and ready to take on all projects with enthusiasm and excitement every day.
